Ukrainian diplomats in Brussels urge people to support singer Jamala

Ukrainian diplomats and members of their families have held an action in support of Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar singer Jamala, who will represent Ukraine at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest.

Representatives of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Belgium, the Ukrainian Representatives Office in the European Union, the Mission of Ukraine to NATO, as well as members of families of diplomats took part in the event, Ukrinform's own correspondent in Brussels reports.

Jamala will represent Ukraine with the song “1944”, which she will perform in the second semi-final on May 12. The final of the contest will take place on May 14.
