The Ukrainian government is preparing new sanctions decisions in addition to those enacted on Saturday, including sanctions targeting Russians involved in the strike on the Okhmatdyt National Children's Specialized Hospital.

President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this in his evening address, according to Ukrinform.

“We are preparing new sanctions decisions – both long-range and legal,” he said.

Zelensky recalled that he had signed a new Ukrainian sanctions package on Saturday, which Ukraine intends to promote in other jurisdictions as well.

The President stated that the sanctions target more than one hundred Russian military personnel involved in a series of missile and drone strikes against Ukraine and Ukrainian civilians, as well as vessels used by Russia to transport military cargo, including weapons, ammunition, and equipment.
