Ukraine will assist Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia amid Russia’s information attacks and accusations regarding the provision of airspace to Ukrainian drones.

This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha to journalists, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.

“Right now, the Russians are particularly active in their information campaigns in the Baltic states. The Russians are sending the message that you have provided airspace for the use of Ukrainian drones. And there are some other issues as well,” the foreign minister emphasized.

Sybiha added that the Baltic partners are asking Ukraine to help defuse tensions regarding Russia’s threats.

“And, of course, we will help our friends,” the minister said.

As reported by Ukrinform, on April 10, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania issued a joint statement on behalf of their foreign ministers, rejecting Moscow’s accusations that they had allegedly provided their airspace for Ukrainian strikes on Russian territory.

Earlier, debris from Ukrainian drones was found on the territory of the Baltic countries. Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia then stated that there was no doubt that the cause of the Ukrainian drones crashing on their territory was Russian aggression against Ukraine, and that these incidents should result in increased pressure on Moscow.
