Zelensky, Czarzasty discuss defense cooperation

President Volodymyr Zelensky and the Marshal of the Sejm of Poland, Wlodzimierz Czarzasty, discussed Ukraine's European integration, energy security, and defense cooperation during their meeting.
According to Ukrinform, Zelensky stated this on Facebook.
He emphasized the importance of preserving and further developing relations between Ukraine and Poland.
He expressed gratitude to the Marshal for his visit on the eve of the anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion. Zelensky also thanked the entire Polish nation for its support of Ukraine.
"We are grateful for participation in the PURL initiative and count on cooperation within the SAFE mechanism," he noted.
As Ukrinform previously reported, Marshal of the Polish Sejm Wlodzimierz Czarzasty arrived in Kyiv on his first official visit. Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk described the visit as "a symbolic step in strengthening Ukrainian-Polish dialogue."
