"Regarding the energy ceasefire, we have not received a response from the Russians. Perhaps, on the contrary, it should be said that we did receive a response in the form of drone and missile attacks," Zelensky said.

According to him, this indicates that the Russians are not yet ready for the energy ceasefire proposed by the American side in Abu Dhabi.

As reported earlier, due to Russian attacks, as of the morning of February 11, consumers in three regions of Ukraine were left without electricity.
