Zelensky and Nausėda discuss support for Ukrainian energy system
According to Ukrinform, Zelensky announced this on Facebook.
He informed Nausėda about the daily attacks by Russian troops on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, the need for energy stability, and the strengthening of air defense. He expressed gratitude to Lithuania for its decision to transfer nearly a hundred generators to Ukrainian cities and communities.
The meeting also discussed joint defense projects, Lithuania's proposal to open a weapons export platform in Vilnius, support for the PURL initiative, and cooperation within the SAFE program.

Zelensky shared new details with the Lithuanian president about diplomatic efforts for peace, including meetings in Abu Dhabi among Ukrainian, American, and Russian delegations.
“Ukraine, as always, is doing everything possible on its part to bring the war to an end,” the president emphasized.

As reported by Ukrinform, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the First Lady arrived in the Lithuanian capital, where events will mark the 163rd anniversary of the January Uprising in Vilnius.
