Zelensky forms delegations for negotiations with Slovakia and Croatia on social security

President Volodymyr Zelensky has formed a delegation to participate in negotiations with the Slovak Republic on the conclusion of an agreement amending the Social Security Agreement, as well as a delegation to participate in negotiations with the Republic of Croatia on the conclusion of a social security agreement.

The relevant orders No. 4/2026-rp and No. 5/2026-rp dated January 17 are published on the website of the head of state.

According to the orders, the head of the delegations is appointed by the Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine for European Integration, Ilona Havronska.

The documents allow the head of the delegation to make changes to the composition of the Ukrainian delegation in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

The orders also approve the directives of the Ukrainian delegation for participation in the negotiations.

As reported by Ukrinform, on December 5, 2025, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha visited the Slovak Republic, where he officially opened the Consulate General of Ukraine in Prešov.
