Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans has said that Russian terror in Ukraine continues even at extremely low temperatures of –10 to –20 degrees Celsius, but Putin is wrong to think he can break Ukrainians or weaken international support.

He said this in a post on X, Ukrinform reports.

"In temperatures ranging from –10 to –20 degrees Celsius, Russian terror in Ukraine continues every day. Ukrainians are without heat and electricity. Houses, schools, and hospitals are being destroyed. Putin thinks he can break the Ukrainians and our support. Both are misconceptions," the post reads.
