Zelensky appoints Kyslytsya as First Deputy Head of Presidential Office

President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Sergiy Kyslytsya as Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

This is stated in Presidential Decree No. 14/2026, Ukrinform reports.

"To appoint Sergiy Olehovych Kyslytsya as First Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine," the document reads.

As reported, since February 2025 Kyslytsya had served as First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

On January 2, Zelensky appointed Kyrylo Budanov as Head of the Office of the President.

On January 3, Zelensky announced Kyslytsya's appointment to the Office of the President, noting that he will also continue working in the negotiation process.
