Zelensky says he will agree to visit Poland on Friday
According to Ukrinform, the head of state said this while answering journalists' questions.
"As for my visit to Poland, the Polish side proposed Friday [December 19]. I think we will not postpone anything. It is very important for us to maintain relations between Ukraine and Poland," Zelensky said.
He also stressed that he is grateful to Poland for its support.
"Good neighborly relations are very important to us," Zelensky said.
Earlier, Zelensky said he would visit Poland as soon as he received an invitation.
On December 3, during a visit to the Rzeszow-Jasionka logistics hub, Polish President Karol Nawrocki said he expected symmetry in Polish-Ukrainian relations, gratitude from Ukraine to the Polish people for their assistance, and invited the Ukrainian leader to visit Warsaw.
