Zelensky and Macron focus on security guarantees and fast end to war in Paris talks

According to Ukrinform, the head of state reported this on Telegram.

“During our several-hour talks, Emmanuel Macron and I assessed a great many details. The main focus was on negotiations to end the war and on security guarantees,” Zelensky said.

He emphasized that peace must be reliable and the war should end as soon as possible. According to Zelensky, much depends today on the involvement of every leader.

The Ukrainian President also announced upcoming talks with other leaders. “We will also be speaking with other leaders today,” he added.

As reported, Zelensky previously stated that thanks to active diplomacy, it is entirely realistic in the coming days to finalize steps to determine how to end the war properly.
