Zelensky, U.S. energy executives discuss support for Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with the heads of American energy companies to discuss urgent support for Ukraine's energy system and future joint projects.
Zelensky reported this in his Telegram post, according to Ukrinform.
"I met with executives of American energy companies. The challenge is clear – Ukraine needs more strength, and we can achieve this together," he said.
The parties discussed immediate needs at this time. Zelensky noted that these are "very concrete measures to support our energy system, as well as long-term cooperation."
"There are specific projects that could create more opportunities for both our countries," Zelensky stated.
As Ukrinform reported, Zelensky arrived in the U.S. for a visit, during which he is expected to meet with U.S. President Donald Trump.
