Drone production and sanctions: Sybiha meets with French Foreign Minister
This was reported by the head of Ukrainian diplomacy on social media X, according to Ukrinform.
"I had a substantive bilateral meeting with my French friend and colleague Jean-Noël Barrot on the sidelines of the Warsaw Security Forum. Grateful for France’s unwavering support for Ukraine, from defense cooperation, including air defense, to advancing our EU and NATO path, as well as its support within the G7," Andrii Sybiha emphasized.
The parties discussed further steps to promote peace through force: increasing pressure on Russia through sanctions, using frozen Russian assets, additional military support, and leadership in the Coalition of the Willing to provide security guarantees for Ukraine.
The Foreign Ministers also focused on military cooperation, including joint production of drones.
"Ukraine and France are standing together to reinforce European security," the Foreign Minister stressed.
As reported by Ukrinform, Sybiha is visiting Warsaw on Monday, September 29, where he is participating in the Warsaw Security Forum.
