Poland will not send troops to Ukraine – Tusk

Polish troops will not take part in any future potential peacekeeping mission on Ukrainian territory.
According to an Ukrinform correspondent, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk made the statement following his meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney in Warsaw.
Tusk stated that Poland has no intention of sending its troops to Ukraine after the war.
However, he emphasized that Poland will play a key supportive role. In particular, Poland will be responsible for logistics, organizing aid to Ukraine, and securing the European-Russian-Belarusian border, as it is also Poland’s border.
As reported by Ukrinform, during his visit to Kyiv yesterday, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney did not rule out the possibility of sending Canadian troops to Ukraine after the end of active hostilities.
