Rutte meets with Kellogg in Brussels to discuss Ukraine

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte held a meeting in Brussels with U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg during which they discussed a lasting peace in Ukraine.

Rutte announced this on social media platform X, according to Ukrinform.

"So good to host Keith Kellogg in Brussels. Today he consulted with Allies at NATO on working together to ensure just and lasting peace in Ukraine," Rutte wrote.

He added that much work remains to be done and emphasized that "we will cooperate closely to pursue an end to the war and enduring security for us."

Kellogg stated earlier that Europe's participation in negotiations to end the Russia-Ukraine war would be crucial.
