Lithuanian delegation visits newly installed modular town, school in Borodianka

A Lithuanian delegation has visited the Kyiv suburb of Borodianka and inspected a new modular town that was installed in the city with the assistance of the Lithuanian Government.

Kyiv Regional Military Administration said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

The modular town is designed to accommodate 36 families and is equipped with everything you need. The guests also visited a school that was destroyed by the Russian occupiers. Construction work is currently underway there. The opening of the educational institution is scheduled for September. This is another project of the Lithuanian Government that helps rebuild the social infrastructure of the region, the statement said.

The delegation was represented by Lithuanian Ambassador to Ukraine Valdemaras Sarapinas, Director of the Cooperation Development Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Rasa Kairienė and other government representatives. The guests were greeted by Mykola Boyko, Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, local authorities and residents.
