Finnish Embassy in Moscow receives envelopes with white powder

On Thursday, April 13, envelopes containing an unknown white powder were sent to the Finnish Embassy in Moscow.

Three envelopes were addressed to Finnish diplomats, Ukrinform reports referring to Yle.

Russian police were in the embassy building to investigate the incident. An unknown substance from the envelopes was sent for testing.

The Finnish Foreign Ministry could not comment on the incident on Thursday evening.

It is pointed out that the Finnish Embassy in Moscow was attacked in December last year.

As Ukrinform reported, on Thursday in Moscow, employees of the French Embassy in Russia received a parcel with bones.
