Klitschko after meeting with Pistorius: Germany will continue to support Ukraine

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko and his brother Wladimir Klitschko have met with German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, who is visiting Ukraine on February 7.

The Kyiv mayor said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"We met in Kyiv with German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius. Germany will continue to support Ukraine - there will be weapons, economic assistance, and political support," he wrote.

Klitschko also noted that European partners are determined to more quickly make decisions on providing Ukraine with everything it needs to defeat the Russian aggressor.

Earlier on Tuesday, Pistorius also met with President Volodymyr Zelensky and Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov.
