Ukraine, Turkey defense ministers discuss steps to ensure regional security

Ukrainian Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov discussed with his Turkish counterpart Hulusi Akar further steps to ensure regional security.
This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“Glad to have a conversation with a great friend, Minister of National Defence of Turkey Hulusi Akar. We discussed our next steps to ensure regional security. I thanked Turkey for its constant support of Ukraine and for its commitment to Turkish-Ukrainian cooperation," the ministry’s press service cited Reznikov as saying.
As Ukrinform reported, on January 11, Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said that Turkey supports the peace formula offered by Ukraine to end the war.
