Russians hit 13 settlements in Donetsk region in past day

On December 1, the troops of the Russian Federation hit 13 settlements in Donetsk region, injuring civilians.

“Law enforcement officers recorded 23 enemy strikes over the past day. Kostiantynivka, Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Bakhmut, Kurakhove, Velyka Novosilka, Arkhanhelske, Druzhba, Vremivka, Karlivka, Memryk, Klishchiivka, Maksymilyanivka were under attack,” the Donetsk Region Department of the National Police reports.

The enemy used S-300 missile system, Grad and Smerch MLRS, rockets, and artillery.

Twenty-five civilian objects were destroyed and damaged – 10 residential buildings, a gymnasium, a technical school, a metallurgical plant, a thermal power plant, a heating network, a building of a non-working enterprise, commercial buildings, cars.

The Russians hit Kurakhove with rockets and artillery, people were injured. Critical infrastructure objects, a technical school, five apartment blocks, and cars were destroyed.

Bakhmut was struck with artillery three times, civilians were injured.

Three strikes on Kostiantynivka using S-300 missile system were recorded. Enemy shells slammed into the infrastructure. According to preliminary data, no one was injured.

The National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The police also helped to evacuate 78 more people over the past day. Since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation, more than 31,700 people, including 4,764 children and 1,922 people with disabilities, have been evacuated.

As reported, invaders injured six civilians in Donetsk region on December 1.
