Belarus Foreign Minister Makey dies

This was reported by the state-run agency BelTA with reference to the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Anatoly Glaz, Ukrinform saw.

No details about the reasons and circumstances of the minister's death were provided.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, referring to Robert Lansing Institute, a U.S.-based think tank, the Kremlin is plotting to liquidate Belarus leader Alexander Lukashenko in an attempt to plant a puppet successor and completely seize control of the Belarusian army, to drag it into the direct participation in hostilities on Ukrainian soil and deprive Belarus of what’s left of its sovereignty.
