Ukraine plans to open embassy in the Philippines

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba informed Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the Philippines Enrique Manalo about the intention to open the Embassy of Ukraine in Manila.

“I met with Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the Philippines Enrique Manalo to inform him that Ukraine is going to open an embassy in Manila to strengthen ties with the Philippines and Asia. We discussed ways to develop political contacts and trade, ensure global food security,” Kuleba posted on Twitter.

As reported, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba signed the Instrument of Accession to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia on behalf of Ukraine during the ASEAN Summit in Cambodia on November 10.
