Ukraine's parliament dismisses Chernyshov as minister for territories development

The Verkhovna Rada has dismissed Oleksiy Chernyshov as Ukraine's minister for communities and territories development.

MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak said this in a statement on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

A total of 279 MPs voted in favor of the decision on Thursday, he said.

Chernyshov's statement of resignation was registered in parliament on November 2.

He was appointed to the post on March 4, 2020.
