Germany's contribution to Ukraine's path to peace and restoration of territorial integrity is very significant.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said this at a meeting with Federal President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Ukrinform reports.

"Today, we held important negotiations with Mr. President, which fully correspond to such relations between our countries. I thanked Germany for providing the modern Iris-T air defense system. It has performed very well in protecting our skies and saving our people today. It really is a priority, we all feel it. I hope that we will be able to get several more such systems soon," Zelensky said.
