The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Canada has summoned the Russian ambassador to Canada over Russia’s missile strikes on Ukraine.

According to an Ukrinform correspondent, Canada’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Melanie Joly wrote this on her Twitter page.

“Putin has yet again attacked Ukrainian civilian infrastructure and targeted Ukrainian civilians. This is a war crime. We summoned Russia’s ambassador to Canada to convey our condemnation directly,” she wrote.

Joly stressed “today and everyday, we stand with Ukraine”.
