Zelensky dismisses Ukraine's ambassadors to Switzerland and Netherlands

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed decrees dismissing Maksym Kononenko as Ukraine's ambassador to the Netherlands and Artem Rybchenko as Ukraine's ambassador to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

The documents have been published on the website of the head of state, Ukrinform reports.

"To dismiss Maksym Oleksiiovych Kononenko from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of the Netherlands and from the position of Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons," reads decree No. 669/2022.

According to decree No. 670/2022, the president dismissed Rybchenko from the positions of Ambassador of Ukraine to the Swiss Confederation and Ambassador of Ukraine to the Principality of Liechtenstein.

According to decree No. 671/2022, Ukraine's Ambassador to the Vatican, Andrii Yurash, was appointed Ambassador of Ukraine to the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta.
