In the Southern direction, the Ukrainian military have eliminated 36 Russian invaders and destroyed two T-72 tanks, one Tor surface-to-air missile system, as well as two man-portable air defense system (MPADS) units together with staff personnel and ammunition.

The relevant statement was made by the South Operational Command on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The situation in our operational zone is remaining stable but tense. The enemy continues to defend and use rocket, artillery and air strikes in order to show their superiority. But, committing crimes against civilians, the enemy has no combat success,” the report states.

Ukrainian defenders accurately shot down Russia’s strike UAV Lancet, as it was conducting air reconnaissance near Oleksandrivka.

In general, the enemy’s losses were confirmed as follows: 36 Russian troops, two T-72 tanks, one Msta-S self-propelled howitzer, one Tor surface-to-air missile system, two field ammunition depots, two MPADS units together with staff personnel and ammunition.

In the north-western part of the Black Sea, two Russian missile carriers are remaining ready to fire 16 Kalibr missiles at Ukraine.
