Zelensky discusses enhancing defense support for Ukraine with Scholz

President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed enhancing defense support for Ukraine with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
“Had a phone conversation with Olaf Scholz. Discussed enhancing defense support for Ukraine & ensuring global food security. Raised the issue of Russia's compliance with international rules of treatment of war prisoners,” Zelensky posted on Twitter.
The President also stressed the importance of making decisions on the integration of Ukraine in the European Union.
Earlier, Chair of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk invited Scholz to speak at the Parliament of Ukraine.
