5 killed in Kharkiv region over past day as Russians fire artillery, MLRS

Over the past day, the Russians continued firing artillery and MLRS on Kharkiv city and the region. Five people were killed and 12 more were injured.

"In total, one person was killed and six more were injured in the city of Kharkiv in a day. In Kharkiv district, the villages of Tsyrkuny, Cherkaska Lozova, Slatyne were shelled. Private houses were damaged. In Cherkaska Lozova, two people were killed and three were injured. In the village of Korobochkyne, one person was killed and another one was injured as private houses caught on fire due to shelling. In Pechenihy, one person was killed, two were injured in a strike," Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov posted on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

According to him, the occupiers fired on Shevchenkivsky and Industrialny residential neighborhoods of Kharkiv city day and night, damaging houses, administrative buildings, a supermarket and other non-residential premises.

In Chuhuiv district, the village of Lebyazhe came under fire. A private household caught on fire due to shelling.

As reported, fierce fighting continues in Kharkiv region. In addition, the invaders blocked the town of Izium and do not approve of humanitarian corridors. According to the town authorities, the invaders kidnap people according to lists compiled with the help of collaborators.
