Luhansk region announces evacuation of citizens

Luhansk authorities have announced a general evacuation - people are advised to drive in the direction of Dnipro city, those who are without cars – to move to the city stations
Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Serhiy Haidai announced on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"ATTENTION! Residents of Luhansk region! Today, February 24, 2022, a general evacuation of residents of Luhansk region was announced at 05:50. We recommend residents of Luhansk region to leave the region immediately,” he wrote.
