President enacts NSDC decision on development of aircraft industry

President Volodymyr Zelensky has put into effect the June 4 decision of the National Security and Defense Council "On the development of the aircraft industry in Ukraine."
The relevant decree was published on the website of the head of state, Ukrinform reports.
NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov was instructed to monitor the implementation of this decision.
The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
On June 4, the National Security and Defense Council, having considered the situation in the aviation industry of Ukraine and in order to ensure the national security of the state, the functioning of the aircraft industry, and the entry of Ukrainian aviation equipment into international markets, instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to update within a month the action plan for the implementation of the strategy for the revival of the domestic aircraft industry for the period up to 2030.
