Honorary Consulate of Lithuania opens in Lutsk

"On June 11, the Honorary Consulate of Lithuania in Volyn region officially opened in Lutsk. The opening ceremony was attended by Vice Speaker of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania Paulus Saudargas and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine Valdemaras Sarapinas," the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Ukraine announced on Twitter.

They congratulated Serhiy Martyniak on taking up the position of Honorary Consul.

As reported, the first Honorary Consulate of Ukraine opened in Kyrgyzstan. On June 7, Honorary Consul of Ukraine Esenkul Momunkulov was officially awarded the consular patent.

On June 11, Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Oksana Markarova signed a lease agreement for the premises where Ukraine's new foreign diplomatic mission in the United States will be located.
