Ukrinform
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba will pay a working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany on June 8-9, the ministry’s press service reports.
During the visit, Kuleba will hold talks with German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas and hold bilateral meetings with parliament leaders, members of the government, chairs of leading political parties, and representatives of German business circles.
The key topics of the visit will be bilateral relations between Ukraine and Germany, support for efforts to restore Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, further integration of Ukraine into the EU and NATO, and energy security of Ukraine and Europe.
As Ukrinform reported, in early June, Ukraine asked Berlin to give it the opportunity to join the U.S.-German talks on the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project, which is extremely dangerous for it.
