Zelensky calls on France, Germany to put pressure on Russia to adopt already established clusters

Ukrinform
President Volodymyr Zelensky believes that Ukraine's partners in the Normandy format talks – France and Germany – should put pressure on Russia demanding the adoption of already established clusters in order to end the war in Donbas.

He said this in an interview with German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, the full text of which was published on the website of the President’s Office.

“A very important step has been taken in the Normandy format. The so-called clusters were drawn up, which were agreed upon by Germany, France, and Ukraine and handed over to the Russian Federation, but we do not see any serious interaction and desire on the part of Russia. All that the Normandy format countries need to do today is to put strong pressure on Russia so that we adopt this plan and these clusters and end the war in Donbas,” Zelensky said.

As reported, on March 24, the Russian newspaper Kommersant published an article in which it reveals the essence of the prepared German-French project "Key clusters for the implementation of the Minsk agreements" including the proposals of the Ukrainian and Russian sides on their vision of resolving the situation.
