Kuleba: Ukraine stands by Israel at this dark hour

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has expressed his condolences over the deaths of people at a religious festival in Israel.

According to Ukrinform, he wrote this on Twitter.

"Terrifying news from Mount Meron, Israel. Deeply saddened by the loss of life caused by a tragic crush at a religious gathering. My heart goes out to the families of the victims. I wish a speedy recovery to the injured. Ukraine stands by Israel at this dark hour," Kuleba said.

At least 40 people were killed and some 150 were injured were in a stampede at a Jewish religious festival, attended by thousands of people, at Mount Meron in northern Israel early on Friday, April 30.
