Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba will pay a working visit to NATO Headquarters in Brussels on April 13, where he will take part in an extraordinary meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Commission to discuss Russia's aggravation of the security situation.

"The meeting, initiated by Ukraine, is convened under Article 15 of the Charter on a Distinctive Partnership between Ukraine and NATO to implement the agreement between President Volodymyr Zelensky and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg reached on April 6," the Government portal reports.

The Ukrainian foreign minister and NATO member countries will discuss Russia's aggravation of the security situation along the Ukrainian-Russian border and in the temporarily occupied Crimea, as well as effective ways of supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity by the Alliance.

During the visit, Kuleba will meet with Stoltenberg.

As Ukrinform reported, during a phone conversation on April 6, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky informed NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg about the escalating security situation in eastern Ukraine and called for NATO's stronger military presence in the Black Sea region.
