Verkhovna Rada considered over 1,000 bills in 2020

The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, considered 1,028 bills in 2020.

This is said a special video on the results of the parliament’s work in 2020, which was published by First Deputy Verkhovna Rada Chairman Ruslan Stefanchuk on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.

In particular, out of 1,028 draft laws considered by the Verkhovna Rada in 2020, 249 bills were approved.

It is noted that due to the plan of legislative work of the Verkhovna Rada for 2021, “activities of the parliament will be clear, logical and predictable”.

It is stressed that 250 bills should form the basis of work of the parliament of Ukraine in 2021.

As previously reported, Ruslan Stefanchuk said that the plan of legislative work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for 2021 would be soon submitted.
