Ukraine’s ambassador presents credentials to South Africa’s president

Ukrainian Ambassador to South Africa Liubov Abravitova has presented her credentials to President of the Republic of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa.

The diplomat wrote about this on Facebook.

"November 19, 2020, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to South Africa Ms. Liubov Abravitova presented Letters of Credence to President of SA Cyril Ramaphosa. The credentials ceremony took place at the Sefako Makgatho Presidential Guesthouse in Pretoria," the report reads.

"November 19 will remain one of the most significant dates in my life. Today I felt all the honor, responsibility and pride for my country when I solemnly presented my credentials to President of the Republic of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa," Abravitova wrote.

She added that "there are many plans, ideas and projects ahead."

As reported, on April 14, President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Liubov Abravitova as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of South Africa.
