Zelensky signs amendments to law on public procurement

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed the Law “On Amendments to Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine on Public Procurement”, the president’s press service reports.
“The document aims to bring the terminology introduced by the law ‘On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Simplify the Pre-trial Investigation into Certain Categories of Criminal Offenses" (№ 2617-VIII), approved by the Verkhovna Rada on November 22, 2018, in line with the terminology used in other legislative acts,” reads the report
As reported by Ukrinform, the law, which was endorsed by the Verkhovna Rada in November, enters into force the day after its publication.
