Ukraine introduces digital track in relations with Spain – Foreign Ministry

Representatives of the Governments of Ukraine and Spain held a videoconference on improving e-governance and digitalization of the public sector, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's press service reports.

Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Senik, Deputy Ministers of Digital Transformation Oleksandr Shelest, Liudmyla Rabchynska and Valeriia Ionan discussed with the leadership of the Ministry of Economy and Digital Transformation of Spain the development of e-governance and digitalization of the public sector.

"The main topics of the videoconference were the development of e-democracy, digital education, entrepreneurship, as well as telecommunications, in particular the adoption of Spanish experience in the implementation of projects in the field of digital infrastructure in Ukraine," the report reads.

The Foreign Ministry noted that the videoconference was held in pursuance of the agreements reached during Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba's visit to Madrid in September.
