"We have submitted the lists from our party to Heidi Grau today, all these lists have been agreed, we are waiting for the answer from the other party," President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky told reporters at the entry-exit checkpoint "Shchastia" in Donbas on November 6, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
The President also noted that the issue of exchange would be raised at the Trilateral Contact Group meeting. The Head of State informed that the next TCG meeting was scheduled for next Tuesday and Wednesday [November 10-11].
As reported, the all-for-all prisoner swap was one of the agreements reached at the Normandy format summit in Paris on December 9, 2019.
November 5, Leonid Kravchuk, head of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG, said that Ukraine had prepared a Joint Action Plan for the Trilateral Contact Group, which included a proposal for a complete cessation of the conflict and demilitarization of certain areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions to create conditions for local elections on March 31, 2021.
In addition, the plan suggests holding prisoner swap until December 15, 2020.
