Razumkov: Ukraine needs OSCE’s greater presence in uncontrolled part of Donbas
"We appreciate the efforts made by the German side for [Normandy format’s] renewal and operation," Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov said at a meeting with German Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Heiko Maas in Berlin on October 30, Ukrinform reports with reference to the press service of the Verkhovna Rada.

Razumkov thanked the German Federal Government for its support in granting Ukraine the NATO EOP status and praised Germany's significant assistance in implementing the necessary reforms in many areas in Ukraine.
The parties also discussed options for inter-parliamentary cooperation, including the practice of holding joint meetings of committees on foreign affairs and EU affairs online and resuming the format of face-to-face meetings after the end of the pandemic.
