Normandy Four advisers may hold videoconference next week - Yermak
He said this in his speech at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) in London, the presidential press service reported.
"Therefore, negotiations are ongoing. Next week, we may have a videoconference of political advisers. And we will talk about holding the summit as soon as possible," Yermak said.
At the same time, he said that Ukraine most actively insists on holding the next meeting of the leaders of the Normandy Four countries. He stressed that the war continues on Ukrainian territory, and all political decisions are made only at the level of leaders.
"Such a meeting should take place as soon as possible. Our partners in the Normandy format - Germany and France – support us here. We believe that it is extremely necessary to move forward and do what all the Ukrainian people expect," Yermak said.
A Ukrainian delegation led by President Volodymyr Zelensky paid an official visit to the United Kingdom on October 7-8.
A meeting of advisers to the leaders of the Normandy Four countries took place in Berlin on September 11.
On September 15, Zelensky said that the next meeting of advisers could take place within the next ten days but such a meeting had not been held so far.
