EU High Representative Borrell to visit Ukraine next week

The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, will pay a visit to Ukraine on September 22.
Ukrinform reported this with reference to the work schedule of officials of the European Commission, published on its website.
In Kyiv, Mr Josep Borrell plans to meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, and Defense Minister Andrii Taran. He also plans to visit the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) Ukraine.
As Ukrinform reported, EU High Representative Josep Borrell postponed his first visit to Ukraine, scheduled for March 15, due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and measures taken to prevent its spread.
Later, Borrell announced his intention to make one of his first non-virtual visits to Ukraine as soon as it becomes possible.
