Ukraine, along with colleagues from the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States, is concerned about Russian cyberattacks against COVID-19 vaccine developers, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has written on Twitter.

"I join [British Foreign Secretary] Dominic Raab, Canadian & U.S. partners in voicing concern over Russian cyberattacks against COVID-19 vaccine developers. Ukraine has suffered Russian cyberattacks for years & insists that international law fully applies to cyberspace. Violations should not go unpunished," the tweet reads.

Media reports said that the hacker group APT29 linked to Russian intelligence had tried to steal COVID-19-related vaccine research in Britain, Canada and the United States.

Earlier, British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab said that the Russian authorities were trying to interfere in the UK's parliamentary elections in 2019.
