Government supports creation of special council on digital development

"Effective digital transformation envisages the involvement of government bodies that form public policy in various spheres of public relations. That is why the Ministry of Digital Transformation initiated the creation of the Intersectoral Council," the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation wrote on its Telegram channel.

In particular, the Intersectoral Council will ensure the coordination of actions on formation, execution and implementation of programs and projects (tasks) of digital development, digital transformations and digitalization; create a platform for the development of sectoral concepts and programs for the digital development of executive bodies and local government; develop proposals and recommendations for the effective use of public finances when carrying out digital transformation and digitization programs.

The Intersectoral Council will also help "accelerate the process of digital transformation of the executive branch, the transfer of public services into online form and fight against corruption."
