The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has resumed the work of 105 foreign diplomatic missions as of July 7, 11 of which are currently closed due to the situation with the coronavirus pandemic in the host countries, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said.
"We are resuming the work of foreign diplomatic missions, which was suspended due to the spread of the pandemic and the introduction of respective bans. As of today, the consular reception has been completely or partially restored in 105 out of 116 embassies and consulates of Ukraine," Kuleba said during an online briefing on Tuesday, July 7.
He added that consular work had not been resumed only in 11 foreign embassies in countries where the pandemic situation is particularly difficult.
"As soon as such an opportunity arises, we will do it," Kuleba said.
