Zelensky fires ambassador to Singapore

President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed Ukraine's ambassador to Singapore Dmytro Senik, who concurrently served as ambassador to Brunei and New Zealand.

The respective decree of June 22 has been published on the website of the head of state.

"To dismiss Dmytro Senik from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Singapore, as well as from the posts of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Brunei Darussalam and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to New Zealand," the decree reads.

Senik has served as ambassador to Singapore, Brunei and New Zealand since November 28, 2015.

As reported, on June 15, Zelensky dismissed Ukraine's ambassadors to Libya and Indonesia and appointed ambassador to Afghanistan.
