Zelensky authorizes finance minister to sign double taxation convention with Spain

President Volodymyr Zelensky has authorized Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko to sign the Convention on Avoidance of Double Taxation between Ukraine and Spain.
The relevant decree, No.373/2020-rp, has been published on the website of the head of state.
"To authorize Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko to sign the Convention between Ukraine and the Kingdom of Spain on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, and the Protocol thereto," the decree says.
At the same time, the document invalidates the order by which the former finance minister, Oksana Markarova, was authorized to sign the convention.
