Zelensky appoints heads of three district administrations in Luhansk, Ternopil and Kharkiv regions

In particular, the president appointed Oleh Klymenchuk as head of Kreminna District State Administration of Luhansk region, Arsen Marchyshak as chairman of Chortkiv District State Administration of Ternopil region, and Oleksandr Apostol as head of Pechenihy District State Administration of Kharkiv region.
